Credit Application

Terms:

All new customers PREPAID, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS on all orders until credit is established. For Net 30 terms we require a signed credit application on file. Reorders will not be shipped to past due accounts. Late penalty fee of 1.5% per month. All accounts that become 60 days past due are placed on PREPAY status.

Shipping:

Wholesale Customers - Due to our large selection of products, the shipping will not be calculated until your order is packaged. We will send your order the Best Way. Buyers pays all shipping. It will be shipped UPS or Fedex unless otherwise requested.

All Sales are Final:

Due to the nature of the product being food, we cannot accept returns. On orders refused, we charge for freight plus a 20% restocking fee.

Surcharge:

If you do not order in case lots there will be a $5.00 surcharge added to your invoice.

Shelf Life:

Cheese items 6 months. All other items are one year. PLEASE keep out of strong light, direct or indirect.

Missing Items:

Notify us within 24 hours.

Breakage:

You must NOTIFY us within 5 business days of delivery in order to receive a replacement or a credit. Save damaged product in original packing material and box for 5 days after notify us of damages for transporation company to inspect if they wish too.

No minimum dollar amount, but must order in case quantities. Please give us at least a two week lead time during the busy season, September through December. You may order in advance with a future ship date.
